NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A person was rescued after falling in an embankment of a wooded area in Barefoot Landing between Alabama Theatre and House of Blues at 8 p.m. Friday, according to North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue (NMBFR).
“Crews set up for technical rescue operations and were able to safely bring the individual back up to the pavement where they were turned over to HCFR Medic Unit on scene for medical transport,” NMBFR said on Facebook.
