MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)–Temperatures will be their warmest this morning. Many will wake up in the mid to upper-50s with a few lower-60s along the coast. As a cold front moves through our area, a line of showers will be possible between 7-11 am. This will be a quick hitting line. Skies will begin to clear behind the line of showers, with winds becoming gusty behind the front. Temperatures will start to drop throughout the rest of today. Tonight skies clear and gusty winds taper off this will help bring the coldest air we have seen in quiet some time.
Temperatures will fall into the teens and single digits for Monday morning. Wind chill values will be in the single digits. Across our area we have a Cold Weather Advisory starting at 10 p.m. tonight until 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
Following a chilly start to this coming work week, we trend warmer and dry by midweek. Sunny skies and high temperatures in the 50s and 60s return…
