SHALLOTTE, N.C. (WECT) – Southbound lanes of Highway 17 have reopened after a 3-vehicle wreck in Shallotte caused delays Thursday afternoon.
According to the NC State Highway Patrol, a black Chevrolet heading north on Highway 17 crossed the median, colliding with a Chevrolet Suburban.
