Senior Managing Directors Caleb Troop, Mark Boyce, Jim Sewell, and David Lansbury; Managing Director Erika Maston; Senior Director Blake Coffey; Director Thomas Colaiezzi; and Associate Director Matt Robertson of Berkadia Charlotte and Charleston led the sale on behalf of the seller, Houston-based ApexOne Investment Partners.
