HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was hurt Friday morning when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole and overturned on Cates Bay Highway near Conway, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
The crash near Sandridge Park also left utility lines across the roadway, HCFR said. Crews responded at about 8:15 a.m.
