LITTLE RIVER, SC (WMBF) – Documents show a complaint for foreclosure was filed on Dec. 23 against the Brentwood Restaurant in Little River.
The court documents allege that Virginia residents Johnson and Shazia Lewis, along with their trust, The Lewis Trust 07Sep16, and their companies L’Chaim II, LLC and L’Chaim, LLC, have failed to make payments on a loan of $2,155,500, which they received from ReadyCap Lending, LLC in August 2022.
The documents allege that those responsible for paying the loan have “failed and/or refused to pay all amounts due” since July of 2025…
