HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 31-year-old man is facing charges following a hit-and-run crash that injured an SUV driver on Saturday in Horry County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Troopers arrested Jose Victor Dominguez Perez after he fled the scene of the 4:45 a.m. crash, which happened west of Conway on Highway 378 near Airport Road. He was driving a 1995 Dodge pickup westbound in the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a 2022 Nissan SUV.
The driver of the Nissan was hurt in the crash, troopers said, but no information about their injuries was provided…
