HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A lawsuit claims that a crash that killed two Horry County teens could have been prevented by one of the teens’ parents.
Christopher Hatcher filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Horry County against Robert Huggins and ABC Corporation.
Christopher’s son and Robert’s son were killed in a July 13 crash in the 10000 block of West Highway 19 in the Loris area.
