HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The estate of an inmate who died in the custody of an Horry County detention center has filed a lawsuit claiming negligence in his death.
The estate of James Carroll has filed a lawsuit against Mediko, J. Reuben Long Detention Center’s nursing and medical care provider, and an unnamed physician.
