HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested after attempting to hit a victim’s car while chasing them down last week, according to an arrest warrant.
Eulices Caceres Remolina, 26, was charged with driving without a license, reckless driving and first-degree assault and battery, according to booking records.
