The father of a victim in a July 13, 2025 crash that killed two Horry County teens has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the father of the other victim.
Plaintiff Christopher Hatcher, representing the estate of his 17-year-old son Carson Hatcher, filed the civil suit in the South Carolina 15th Judicial District Court of Common Pleas on Dec. 31, 2025.
