(WPDE) — Two years after Corey “Adam” Soles went missing in the Green Sea area of Horry County, ABC 15 sat down with the detectives who took part in the investigation into his death, which uncovered a gruesome murder that involved an entire family.
Soles’ body was found submerged in a swamp near Galivants Ferry, wrapped in a tarp and tied to cement blocks in mid-January 2023. He was first reported missing Jan. 10, his wife claiming the last time she saw him was Jan. 8.
“The day after he was reported missing, we interviewed Adam’s wife, Courtney, and she told us that he had been involved in an altercation with the Watts family,” said Sgt. Jonathan Kelly of the Horry County Police Department. “So right away we were suspicious.”…
