The Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation’s Annual meeting played to a packed house of business, industry and agency leaders, Jan. 8, at the Barefoot Resort Conference Center in North Myrtle Beach.
A crowd of approximately 350 people came out to get an economic development review of Horry County from local business leaders and elected officials, a significant increase from 87 people showing up to its first annual meeting.
Keynote speaker
Chuck Sexton, founder and CEO of Strategic Location Advisors, was the keynote speaker and addressed the importance of economic development in the county.
