CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A $60 million mall redevelopment plan is taking shape in the heart of Conway set to host national retailers in an area with already heavy traffic flow.
Major names including HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Ulta, PetSmart and Walmart are already committed to the Coastal Centre Mall on Highway 501 — and may be open by 2027.
“I think that we’ve been on the radar of national retailers for quite some time,” councilman William Goldfinch said. “And of course, they look at demographics and they’re waiting for their numbers to make sense. And I think we’ve reached that.”…
