HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Crews responded to a vehicle fire on Highway 544 on Tuesday afternoon, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
Lanes of traffic are blocked on the ramp that connects Highway 544 to Highway 31 South.
