HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A controlled burn is planned for the Nichols area on Wednesday.
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Forestry Commission will conduct a controlled burn with Horry County Fire Rescue in the Marsh Lake Road area.
