Soaring residential land prices common in rural Horry County, realtor says

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — As Horry County continues to grow, some may look to move to areas like Aynor or Green Sea, but local realtors say as the population climbs, prices for residential land are on the rise.
