With temperatures forecasted to plunge this weekend, Myrtle Beach International Airport is continuing normal operations, but passengers should be prepared for potential airline delays and cancellations.
“MYR is fully equipped to operate safely during freezing temperatures, with passenger and aircraft safety as its top priority,” said MYR air service and business analyst Lauren Wehrung. “The airport implements comprehensive safety measures to ensure runways and taxiways remain safe for landings and takeoffs.”
