HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Many animals were seized from “deplorable living conditions” earlier this month, according to an incident report.
Anndrea Leigh Oxendine, 36, of Loris was charged with 23 counts of ill treatment of animals, according to booking records.
