SOCASTEE, S.C. (WPDE) — Three people were transported to the hospital and four people signed medical transport waivers after a crash in the Socastee area Sunday night, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
HCFR said the incident involved a vehicle striking the support pillar on the porch of a nearby home.
