HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A coffee chain run by a church had to make changes following a child labor law investigation by the Department of Labor.
Josh Finklea, the Lead Pastor at The Rock Church in Conway, which operates C3 Coffee Co., said the DOL investigated the chain over a three year period.
