CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Conway man has been sentenced to a decade in prison after pleading guilty to trafficking more than a kilo of cocaine, according to the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
Sylvester Bellamy, 57, pleaded guilty Tuesday to trafficking cocaine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison by Circuit Court Judge David Caraker.
The charge stems from a controlled package delivery in which more than 1,000 grams of cocaine were delivered to his home, where he opened it and said it was his after police arrested him, the solicitor’s office said…
