HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Some people who live off Highway 90 in Horry County are concerned about a possible landfill expansion to meet the needs of a growing population.
Last month the county submitted plans to the Army Corps of Engineers requesting permits to expand more than 100 acres of its existing site.
