Two new restaurants may be coming to the Conway Riverwalk

Conway’s riverfront may soon welcome two new restaurants, expanding the dining scene on the Riverwalk.

Tripp Nealy, the owner of the property at 975 Second Ave. in downtown Conway — formerly the site of the historic Lower River Warehouse and Jerry Cox warehouse — told Conway’s Community Appearance Board on Wednesday, Jan. 29, that he is ready to move forward with a proposed 9,835-square-foot building that would house two restaurants, each accommodating about 150 people.
