Virginia man pleads guilty in 2024 Myrtle Beach home invasion

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A Virginia man pleaded guilty to a burglary charge for his role in a Myrtle Beach home invasion that left the homeowner shot.

Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson announced that Jay’Quan Pollard, of Lynchburg, Virginia, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary a month before his case was scheduled to go to trial.

A judge sentenced Pollard to 15 years in prison.
