Neil James, who has been on the Horry County Board of Education since 2009, will not seek reelection.
James confirmed the news to MyHorryNews on Friday, Feb. 6. James is the current District 10 (Carolina Forest, Conway, Green Sea Floyds, Loris) representative. He has served four consecutive terms on the board.
“It has been an honor to serve and a privilege to represent the constituents of District 10,” James told MyHorryNews. “I will have served 17 years by the time this term is up and I think that’s long enough…
