CCU nursing program launching simulation lab with federal aid

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) – Nearly three years after its creation, CCU’s nursing program is set to receive new high-tech equipment that school officials believe will better prepare their students for life after graduation.

While the program is still in its early years, current students said they appreciate what the curriculum offers.

“We have so many resources,” said sophomore student Nathaniel Villalobos. “Our ATI, we’ve got a box full of books, a stethoscope, a blood pressure cuff. They’re providing us with a lot here.”…
