HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – J. Reuben Long Detention Center is fully staffed, the sheriff says.
Horry County Sheriff Phillip Thompson said during a county public safety meeting that all 64 vacancies that the detention center had three years ago are set to be filled by the end of the month.
