MYRTLE BEACH S.C. (WBTW) — Horry County leaders are considering a massive overhaul of its J. Reuben Long Detention Center — with up to a $130 million price tag.
Facility director Marcus Rhodes told a council subcommittee on Tuesday that more than 13,000 inmates were booked last year – with 900 alone in January.
