HORRY COUNTY, S.C. — The arrest of a car restoration shop owner at the center of a WMBF News investigation is giving his customers new hope.
Horry County police said they arrested Modern Rust owner Bruno Dasilva in January on a breach of trust charge after receiving enough complaints and civil suits to bring charges.
It’s a sigh of relief for customers after years of being told their complaints were a civil matter.
