HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A former Horry County real estate agent will now be looking for a new career after losing his real estate license.
Documents dated Feb. 9, 2026, show that the South Carolina Real Estate Commission fined Joel Barber $15,000 and permanently revoked his license.
