More than 1,400 SC drivers warned about hands-free law

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Data shows drivers across South Carolina have received warnings about the hands-free law.

According to data provided to WMBF News, Horry County issued 1,030 warnings, Georgetown County issued 298, and Florence County issued 136.
