MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A Darlington man arrested on drug charges after a Myrtle Beach traffic stop is now facing explosives charges after police found bomb making materials in his vehicle, the department said Wednesday.
Marshall Felter, 31, has now been charged with five counts of possession, manufacturing, or transporting a destructive device or explosive parts for damage, injury, or death. His bond has been set at $1.25 million.
After the materials were found, Myrtle Beach police alerted the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office about possible explosive materials at a residence in the Darlington area.
