‘Devil, sinners, and fluoride’: Police say man was incoherent during traffic stop

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested Feb. 20 after a traffic stop led him to flee and hit a police car with his vehicle, according to a Myrtle Beach police Department (MBPD) report.

The report said Raymond Malik Kidd was first seen by an officer stopped in the right lane on Harrleson Boulevard Feb. 19.

The officer said he asked Kiff why he was stopped in the lane and couldn’t get an answer out of him…
