MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested for a domestic assault incident at a hotel on South Ocean Boulevard.
Rodjamin Lamarcus Sibert, 40, was charged with first-degree domestic violence and unlawful neglect of a child.
In a police report, the responding officer described a dispatch call from a victim that was sobbing and yelling for help. According to the report, the officer had previously responded to the same location and made contact with the victim for a verbal domestic incident with Sibert.
