HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Parents at St. James High School are demanding answers about campus safety after a stabbing involving two students prompted a lockdown Wednesday.
One mother said she received a message from her freshman during the lockdown that read, “I love you.” Parents said the lockdown was frightening, and some students were unable to communicate with their families because only some had access to their phones due to state guidelines.
