HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested on Saturday for beating a woman with a fishing pole, according to Horry County Police Department (HCPD) incident reports.
Brandon Markel Stanley, 35, of Little River, was charged with first-degree domestic violence, violation of probation and contempt of family court by adult offense.
