MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A woman has been charged after an arrest warrant says she shot towards the victim multiple times following an argument on South Ocean Boulevard earlier this month.
Shamoni Fulton, 19, is facing a first-degree assault and battery charge in Myrtle Beach after she was picked up outside of city limits, the warrant says.
According to the warrant, officers responded to 601 South Ocean Boulevard, the Ocean Crest Inn and Suites, on March 1 regarding a shooting.
