One person is dead following a head-on collision Saturday evening on Highway 90 in Horry County.
South Carolina Highway Patrol spokesperson Master Trooper Hannah Davidson said a 2002 Dodge pickup truck heading west on Highway 90 crossed the center line and struck a 2014 Toyota Camry head-on at 6:55 p.m. on Saturday, March 7.
