MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A former client of New Directions of Horry County raised allegations of food poisoning and unsafe conditions at the men’s shelter during the public comment period of Tuesday’s city council meeting.
Shelter CEO Kathy Jenkins is disputing those claims.
