CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – The city of Conway is moving forward with flood mitigation and rezoning plans in an area that previously saw historic flooding.
The city is proposing rezoning dozens of land parcels it owns along Azalea, Little, Freeman, Godfrey, Hawthorne, Long, and Sherwood roads from low/medium density residential (R1) to conservation preservation (CP).
