Georgetown County deputies investigate Murrells Inlet car break-ins, release video of suspects check vehicles

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WBTW) — Georgetown County deputies said Monday they had received at least a half-dozen reports of cars being broken into over the weekend in the Murrells Inlet area.

Deputies have asked for the public’s help identifying the suspects, releasing a video of four people walking from vehicle to vehicle and checking doors in a parking lot. Most of the incidents were on Woodhaven Drive, Goldflower Loop, and Lotus Court and took place early Saturday morning…
