HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A man and woman have been charged after an arrest warrant says the man threw a glass bottle at a child in February, causing visible injuries.
Officers with the Horry County Police Department arrested Rayquan Worthy, 27, and Kaitlynn Byrd, 26, both of Conway, on Tuesday.
Both Worthy and Byrd are charged with cruelty to children after an incident report said an officer spoke with someone at the Department of Social Services about a case involving a child.
