Cathy Farish told the Horry County Council transportation committee Tuesday afternoon that kids on e-bikes that have been cutting through the yards in her Plantation Lakes neighborhood in Carolina Forest have become a major hazard.
“These young folks are not following any rules and somebody is going to get hurt,” she said.
