HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The Horry County Sheriff’s Office inmate communication is being enhanced with a tablet program.
J. Reuben Long Detention Center has deployed more than 200 tablets this month as part of an initiative to provide additional educational and enrichment opportunities.
