Downtown Conway Hotel design revealed; neighbors share concerns over parking

CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — Developers planning a 69-room hotel along the Waccamaw River in downtown Conway shared their design plans with the city’s Community Appearance Board for the first time, as the project moves through the city’s review process.

The Community Appearance Board (CAB) is reviewing the hotel design, while the city’s Technical Review Committee (TRC) is also working to review the construction plans.
