Diane Middleton, a longtime educator, has filed to run for the Democratic nomination for the Horry County Board of Education District 3 seat.
The District 3 seat is currently filled by Tracy Winters, who has already announced her intentions to run for reelection. District 3 serves the Carolina Forest and Myrtle Beach areas.
