MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Happy resurrection day! Some much needed rain has moved through some of our areas this afternoon and evening hours. Even a few of us, have experienced some isolated thunderstorms. The rest of the night the rain threat should exit the coast near Midnight. Cooler air will move in behind it. Watch for a little patchy fog in a few locations early Monday morning. Lows will fall into the low to mid 50s.
As we head into Monday and Tuesday, partly cloudy skies will grace the skies. Highs on Monday will be in the mid to upper 60s near the coast, low 70s inland. Monday night temperatures fall into the upper 40s to low 50s. Northeast winds kick in on Tuesday. That will give more partly to mostly cloudy skies across the area. Temperatures will be in the low 70s across the area. A few locations further near the border belt could stay in the 60s.
Wednesday through the weekend, we begin to warm back up with more sunshine and very little to no chance of seeing any rainfall. Highs each day will climb into the 70s near the coast. Once you get inland temperatures will be in the 80s…
