Former PALM Charter High School principal’s lawsuit claims he was threatened and had pay withheld

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — When Jeffrey Peterson was hired to run PALM Charter High School in August 2024, he hoped to bring stability and transparency at a tumultuous time.

Instead, a newly field lawsuit claims he was met with hostility from former principal Avery Moore, a parent organization and board members, who then took several steps to hide their actions from the public and have held back from paying him out after termination.
