NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — The city has passed the first reading of an ordinance on Monday to ban smoking on public beaches, according to documents.
This proposed amendment would add the public beach to the list of areas where smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
